Crockpot Candy π₯π«
Crockpot Candy is SO good and SO easy to make!
Itβs not the cutest creation in the world, but the taste still makes it worth making! π
Itβs a great option for holiday parties or serving big crowds, because itβs simple ingredients, comes together super fast, and everyone always loves it! π
You will need:
Parchment paper or reusable silpat baking mats
Salted peanuts
Unsalted peanuts
Semi sweet chocolate chips
Butterscotch chips
White chocolate
Sprinkles (optionally, but I HIGHLY recommend them!)
Instructions:
Dump everything into your crockpot and set it on low for 1 hour
While thatβs doing its thing in the crockpot, set out your parchment paper or silpats on your countertop so that you can work quickly and efficiently once itβs time to assemble!
After the hour is up, stir everything together really well. Then using a spoon or spatula, portion out cookie sized amounts of your concoction and put them onto your awaiting parchment paperβ they are going to look like little π©s, and thatβs exactly why the sprinkles are such a necessary addition imo π€£
Make sure to add your sprinkles on top of your portions before the chocolate starts to set, or else the sprinkles will just fall off when you go to eat them.
Let the chocolate harden and cool completely either on your countertop or by sticking them in the fridge or freezer.
Once theyβre fully set, they are ready to serve & ENJOY! π π
