Protein Bowls 🥚
If you’ve been following me for a while you know how much I LOVE Good Culture cottage cheese & Truff hot sauce. And most recently, I have been adding hard boiled eggs into the line ups & it has been SOOOOO GOOD 🤤
Below are my usual ingredients that I add to my bowls, plus a couple of random additions to switch things up or use up ingredients we have around the house. Perfect for a quick snack or an easy lunch - they’re recipes that I make on repeat & truly look forward to having at least once a day for solid protein 👏
Feel free to get creative with your ingredients when you make your protein bowls! These are just my go to’s, but the customization options are endless! 🤎
my usual Ingredients:
Good Culture cottage cheese iykyk (but have recently been trying out the Mulu cottage cheese from Walmart 👀)
2 hard boiled eggs
Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Red pepper flakes
*If I have it ingredients:
Avocado
Turkey sausage
Sausage breakfast bites
Pair with my fave naan crackers or pile it all onto a crispy slice of toast. DELISH 🤤
To say this is my comfort meal is an understatement, but it’s truly something I look forward to having every single day & never get tired of 😋
The Truff hot sauce is really what makes this such an incredible staple that I keep going back to. All of it together is high in protein & the flavor is absolutely phenomenal 🤤
